When my wife and I started thinking about remodeling our kitchen we didn’t know who would be a good contractor for our project.  We went to a few home shows like the BIA home show and some shows put on by local contractors.  We decided to go with one contractor but after a few weeks of our time, a few thousand dollars of our money and nothing to show for it we were very discouraged, disappointed and even a little angry.

From the very first meeting we knew we found the right contractor.  He listened to our ideas, offered some suggestions and came up with three different plans to choose from.  We picked one and, through subsequent meetings, refined the plans with S. Tanaka’s help.  All this work without charging us anything and the best of all he stayed within our budget.

During construction all the workers showed up when you said they would.  They put in a full days work and were very professional.  They were very courteous and their work was high quality.  If their was a problem you would have someone on it quickly and it was always resolved to my satisfaction.

It was just amazing how fast and efficient it as from design, getting the prope permits, to actual construction& to the final finish.  When all work was completed, the entire family including myself were in awe to see such quality work done by all your subcontractors.
